24 Hours Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from mybathspace.com , the customer has an option of returning the product back within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back:  

Used Product

A product cannot be returned once it has been used or damaged while installation. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all price tags, original packing, labels, and invoices. 

Suspected Damage or Damage

At the times of delivery, The POD (Proof of Delivery) and IS (Inspection Slip) is signed by the customer which ensures that the goods have been received in the good condition. There could be chances where the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product will be just fine in most such cases

Important Information Required For Damage Replacement 

  1. At the time of delivery check the package properly, if you found any issue with outer packaging or you feel the product inbox sounds damage, take delivery of the product with your remarks on IS (Inspection Slip) and take one photo of the Delivery and share this photo with us for product replacement.
  2. Contact us with above mention details within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged.

 Without the above details we will not be able to replace the damaged product.

 Defective Product

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our site, you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery, we will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost also.

 

Process for returning a product purchased on Mybathspace.com

You have to call us or mail or SMS on our contact no or email ids with your order details and reason for returning than we will confirm the return request ASAP and we will inform you about the product return process.

 

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse by calling on our customer care no. This does not include items purchased on sale.

 

The points to be noted:

  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
  • Replacement of a product would be subject to the availability of that particular product.
  • Once eligibility is verified, please pack the item(s) securely and ship to the following address:

Delivery Process
 

The product range includes heavy washbasins & water closets, etc., which may take an overall time of 10-15 days to get delivered depending upon your location and availability of the product. In some cases, the delivery process can take extra time and you may need to pay some special delivery charges also which will be notified in advance.

 

Toll Charges/Entry Tax/ State Tax

During the return of the product, all Toll Charges/Entry Tax/ State Tax are incurred by the customers.

 

Discount

Products purchased under-sale or heavy discount options are not eligible for change/return.
